TEACHERS PROGRAM

Experience teaching in accredited primary and secondary schools in the United States through the BridgeUSA Teacher Program, a US State Department designated sponsor for the J1 teacher category. This visa allows experienced educators to explore a new educational and cultural environment.

Return to your home school after the program to share experiences and increase your knowledge of the United States. Not returning to your country or school on time may result in problems obtaining future visas to the U.S.

  • Teach students in grades K-12

  • Experience another culture, share your culture with others, and make new friends
  • Receive salary equivalent to American teachers with similar qualifications
  • Share your culture by arranging formal cross-cultural events and virtual classroom exchanges

  • Sharpen their professional skills and participate in cross-cultural activities in schools and communities
  • Build bridges across cultures and instill 21st-century global competency skills in our youth

  • The other should create a dialogue between American students and students in their home country through virtual or
    other means.
